A note on the process: a 50% downpayment is required prior to beginning discussion, followed by sketches + color palettes to further refine the design. I provide a 25% and a 75% progress review. The final 50% of payment must be made before the item is shipped to you.
I take great care to create these custom pieces with you and for you, so the downpayment and woven good itself is nonrefundable.
